Amphenol Technology (Zhuhai) Co., Ltd (ATZ) is a competence center for precision connector components manufacturing. This new facility equiped with electro-plating lines,precision CNC & automatic machining, rubber & plastic molding.

ATZ locals in Zhuhai of Guangdong, China. This 10000 sq meters facility equiped with manufacturing processes includes state of the art precision CNC machining, die-casting, rubber molding, plastic molding, plating and metal finishing, and assembly. Most of the machining equipments are high precision multiple-axis CNC. The precision of the product produced by such equipment can meet the top level requirements of industrial application. Advanced technology is employed in plating and metal finish process, and the manufacturing scope covers gold plating, silver plating, nickel plating, copper plating, zinc cobalt alloy plating, electroless nickel plating, cadmium plating, hard coat anodizing and plating on composite material. Plating processes are designed to meet the requirements of China Environmental Regulations, the advanced Micro-Filter technology is employed for the waste water treatment system and most of the waste water is re-used to the plating process after treatment.
